How do I search for a swim workout?
There are several ways you could search for a swim workout. If you wish to see all swim workouts in the Dynoswim database, simply just click "submit" without changing the form. If you wish to get more specific you could select pool type, workout category, total distance or total time. All the fields are optional, so if you wanted to search for just total distance, enter the approx. distance of a swim workout you're looking for, and click "submit".
The Workout ID, is the unique identifier of a swim workout. So if you're looking for a specific swim workout you could use that search field to find that swim workout without having to navigate through numerous pages of results.
Why can't I submit a swim workout?
Prior to submitting a swim workout you must first create a Dynoswim account. Once you've created a Dynoswim account you must log in before you could submit a swim workout.
How come my swim workout isn't showing up after I submitted it?
Prior to being published to the site all swim workouts will go through a review process by our staff to ensure they are up to par with dynoswim standards.

Could you explain the "visible" field selection when creating a workout?
When creating a workout, we've added a "visible" selection. What this means is you have the option to add a workout to the database, but not make it searchable to the Dynoswim.com community.
Why would you want to do this? One reason might be that you completed a workout at practice which your coach added to the database, but you might have arrived early/late and want to track your distance. Another example would be if you swam a mile in the open water and want to track your distance. Some other creative uses could be that you swam in a meet, and want to track each race along with your time.
Once you submitted the workout, you still won't have access to edit it regardless of the "visible" field selection. If it's not visible, you won't be able to search it, but you could find it in your "view your submitted workouts" page.
How do I leave feedback for a workout I really enjoyed (or tragically didn't enjoy, or revised, etc.)?
If you sign into your Dynoswim account you can leave a comment on the workout page for all to see. We recommend you comment as much and as often as you wish.
